Shubhangi Acharya is a filmmaker in-making hailing from Jaipur and has been working on non-fiction projects for the last two years. She worked as an Assistant Director, Video Producer, and Director for ad films, short films, small docu-drama videos, and campaign films respectively. With AVFI’s Kutch Workshop, she could further challenge and understand herself as she explored the landscape spaces and interacted with people in Kutch with our filmmaking community while doing the filmmaking exercises and making the short documentary film. Following the documentary workshop, she edited one of her short films in AVFI and both the experiences have been enriching experiences as the sessions and the feedbacks from the mentors were very insightful. Shubhangi looks forward to more learning opportunities with AVFI.
